Meet some of our recommended providers who support mental wellness.

Diane Sandoval, LCSW EMDR, CSAM-CA

Trauma Recovery Specialist

Diane has worked with troubled children, adolescents, and their families for over 25 years; 13 of those years have been as a therapist. She
specializes in the treatment of individuals who have suffered from sexual, physical, and emotional abuse including domestic violence, violent crimes, and other traumatic events. Diane has assisted individuals of all ages as they discover and develop the strength to rise above the struggles and hardships they face. Diane has her Master of Social Work from Utah State University, and Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Brigham Young University. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Diane is also a Certified Specialist in Anger Management (CSAM), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Aggression Replacement, and Suicide Prevention. She has received extensive training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Sex Addiction, and Jungian Therapy. Diane is a current member of the Utah Domestic Violence Coalition and the National Association of Social Workers. She has served on a variety of committees including The Adolescent Female Advocacy Network, The Program Enhancement Planning Committee, and was a former advisor of the Graduated Sanctions Committee. Diane has also served on the Board for the National Alliance for Infant Mental Health. Diane has spoken on a collegiate level for an Introduction to Play Therapy Course as well as a mental health professional contributor for a Netflix documentary, and the Utah District Attorney Prosecutors Conference. She has been deemed an expert witness for the 4th District Family Court, as well as the Utah Attorney General’s Office. Diane has also been an active community member including volunteering with local recreation centers, a humanitarian project in Peru and work with the Ronald McDonald House.

Jeff Lundgren, CMHC

Mental Health Therapist

Jeff has worked with domestic violence survivors by helping them find empowerment and safety. He views life experiences as a gateway for opportunity and growth while acknowledging the challenges that come from the trauma of our deepest wounds. Jeff has a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology. He is licensed in the state of Utah as an associate mental health counselor. Jeff works with adults, and couples at his private practice at Oak Branch Counseling. You can find more details here:
